Are your items handmade?
Yes :) most of the items you see in my store are handmade by me!
I also curate some items I love from partner suppliers.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually shipped out within 7-10 business days, especially during the first week after a shop update. If there aren't too many orders, they'll be on their way in 3-5 business days. Because I personally handle all the packing and shipping, I appreciate your patience as I get your orders ready to go!
Where are you shipping from and how long will it take?
I will be shipping from Hong Kong. Please allow 11-14 business days for international shipping. If you haven't received your order within the timeframe listed above, feel free to email me with your order number to apple@wildapple.studio.
Can I track my order?
I ship with Hong Kong Post. Orders can be tracked here from dispatch until it reaches the US. Unfortunately once it arrives in the US, due to US regulations, Hong Kong Post is unable to track parcels in their system.
If you have not received your order, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number and they will help you find it. Most of the time, undelivered parcels are returned to your local post office waiting for pick up.*
Can I get a refund?
I run a small business so most of the time it will difficult for me to offer a refund, especially if the item was lost during delivery. However, please contact me and lets talk about it case by case :)
