Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and total order weight. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Domestic (Hong Kong): 3 – 5 business days
International: 7 – 15 business days (depending on your location and local customs processing)
Delays, Loss, or Damage
Because each preorder item is lovingly handcrafted to order, please allow 2 – 4 weeks for creation before shipment. I will send your tracking information the moment your new buddy is ready and on their way to you!
Pre-Order & Handmade Items
While I pour my heart and soul into creating and securely packaging your items, please note that delivery times and carrier handling are unfortunately beyond my control once a package leaves the studio. I am unable to take responsibility for mail that is lost or damaged by the postal service.If your package seems delayed, I kindly ask that you check your tracking details and follow up with your local post office first.
